Who I am

This website belongs to Oldemaat-IT, a sole proprietorship of Robin Oldemaat in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK number 84468602). Oldemaat-IT is the controller for the personal data described on this page.

The contact form

When you use the contact form, I process your name and organisation (if you fill them in), your email address and your message. I only use them to answer your question.

After you send it, you get an email with a confirmation link. Until you click that link, your message is stored on my own server. If you don't click it within 48 hours, it is deleted automatically. Once you confirm, the message is sent to my mailbox and deleted from the server straight away. I keep it in my mailbox for as long as our contact needs it.

To prevent abuse, the server counts how many messages each IP address sends. Those records are deleted after 24 hours.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services.

Fonts from Google

The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google for that, and Google sees your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Send a message through the contact form to do so. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Apps and games

The apps and games of Oldemaat-IT have their own privacy policies, at apps.oldemaat-it.nl and games.oldemaat-it.nl.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll post the new version on this page with a new date.
